Touch Art Gallery is a premier procurer of the most exquisite works of art. Our qualified staff brings together the finest local and global artists and art collectors in our spacious gallery. Founded in October 2012 by Pezhman Tahavori.

Firmly committed to featuring and promoting distinguished and rising local artists, Touch Art Gallery provides a venue for them to present their work to art lovers and collectors. Our reach extends to many areas of the globe: paintings and sculptures by prominent artists from various parts of the United States, the Middle East, Europe, East Asia, and Africa. Locally as well as globally, we are committed to promoting a multicultural way of life by providing artists with different backgrounds, tastes, and persuasions an opportunity to present their works.

Our Mission

Since 2012, Touch Art Gallery, has conducted 48 painting workshop, hosting 40 painting exhibition from local and international artist from 12 countries, producing and performing 3 plays and hosting 2 plays from Iran and Australia, hosting 12 international concerts, hosting 1 film festival (Iran’s Invisible Cinema), creating a group of film club and screening 24 movie, and some more event like book reading, storytelling and creating a painting exhibition in Tehran in two different gallery by masterpieces of 3 American artists.

Our mission is to stimulate, foster and promote public interest in the art as well as cultural exchange. Providing access to the Eastern cultures and opening up a space for international dialogue is another mission of Touch Art Gallery

Gallery Director

Pouneh Tahavori (B. 1986, Tehran, Iran) is director of Touch Art Gallery. She born in Tehran in 1986. She graduated in electronic engineering from Tabriz University, but very soon followed her passion for painting.

At a young age, she started her work from traditional Persian miniature and oil painting. She had a father who was a good painter himself and a mother who did a several handmade art works. They were a huge inspiration for her through her life. In 2012, she spent several years teaching arts to children at Yasamin Art Gallery. She had several exhibitions in Iran and abroad. The Persian Art Festival in Paris/France was the most recent exhibition she participated in.
