She studied art at the Museum School of Fine Art/ Boston and Mass College of Art. She has shown her works in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. While living in NH, she was on the board of the River Gallery School of Art in Brattleboro, VT and a member of the Windham Art Gallery. Her works can be realistic, although she also working abstractly. She love the tactile pleasure and richness of the paint using color, form and line to express a mood, a feeling, even a person. The quest is similar to the tennis player seeking that "sweet spot" or the musician who achieves perfect pitch, and you as the listener instantly know it.
